Register before April 29, 2010 to lock in these 2010-2011 fees pre-register fees. Fees will change April 30, 2010.
Tuition
$895.00 monthly tuition - beginning August 23rd and ending May 31st. (9 months)

Tuition is due on the first day of each calendar month during the school year and will be considered delinquent on the fifth of the month.
The Turning Point Academy will not send statements in an effort to conserve paper. Please consult the school's payment policies. The Enrollment Form quotes total tuition for the academic school year showing the starting and ending dates. Tuition is based on a nine month school year. We require a thirty school day (school day means academic day) advance written notice if you choose to remove your child from school before the academic school year is completed.
A late fee of $20.00 will be assessed for each late payment.
If payment is not made by four weeks after the due date, the student(s) may be removed from their classes until accounts are made current.
Refund Policy – Only the first month’s tuition is refundable.
Subsequent months’ tuition is non-refundable. The monthly tuition
agreement is for 9 payments as indicated above for the academic year
starting September 1 of the year entering to the May 31 of the
subsequent year. Students entering after September 1 will have their
tuition prorated as indicated by the starting date above. Students who
withdraw prior to the ending date are subject to an early withdrawal
penalty of $400(includes Gateway Prep curriculum) per month, per
student, from the time of the last monthly payment until the next May
31. Tuition Payments are due on the first of the month or on the date
established by the tuition processing company. Tuition payments are
considered late the 5th day after the due date. A late fee of $20 per
day is assessed for late payments. Tuition payments more than 30 days
late are subject for the student’s disenrollment. Student records
and transcripts will not be released until all financial matters are
resolved.
For purposes of this contract with
The Turning Point Academy, the signing parties agree that they may
withdraw from such contract at any time by following the procedures set
out above, subject to the penalties regarding tuition. The Turning
Point Academy, through its representative, Carol Appelbaum may withdraw
from this contract at any time for "good cause" by notifying the above
individuals in writing at the last known address. Examples of "good
cause", although not exclusive, may include failure to cooperate,
breakdown in communication, discipline issues, cheating, failure to
uphold your financial commitment, etc.
The application fee(s), enrollment fee(s) and monthly tuition is all that is necessary.
There will not be any other required fees.
